She took time to understand us before guiding us through all the basic ingredients that would go into genuine Hungarian dishes. This was followed by both food, wine and Palinka. All finished off with Chimney cake. All of which was done with a huge smile and great enthusiasm.
Having been on a food tasting tour with Nelli we can now understand why everybody thinks she is so good. She would be worth a higher rating than excellent, if there was one.
To anybody thinking about going food tasting with Nelli, do not hold back. You will find it both enlightening and eye opening.
